A regal vintage bangle from the mid 20th Century adorned with eleven deep violet amethysts graduating in size along the front, from 0.15ct to 0.56ct in the centre (approx. 3.9ct total) with twinkling diamonds nestled in between.
Amethyst is the birthstone of February and is considered a stone of protection, clarity and tranquillity. Its deep violet colouring has been highly esteemed throughout history, adorning regal jewellery all around the world, from ancient Egypt to the British crown jewels.
The piece is modelled in 9ct gold and features pierced workmanship along the sides and a secure box clasp and safety chain at the side. It’s a magnificent piece and the amethysts look gorgeous spread over the wrist.
